An Outstanding Experience
At Blue Vibes, I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Blue Vibes Hair Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience here with me goes as smoothly as possible.
Blue Vibes understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours, lesser services or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the service amount.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment I may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
Cash, check and all credit cards accepted, however a 3.5% credit card fee will be added to final transaction.
